A mother and a son have struggled all their lives to understand each other. The son (Kálmán) accuses the mother that there have been suspicious moves around her apartment, again, just like when she was robbed. Well, to be a hundred percent precise, it was not real robbery, since the mother (Teri) handed the robbers everything they asked for. She gave everything away...to complete strangers!
Can this hopeless-looking, seemingly irrevocably ruined mother-son relationship be saved? How and why did such an emotional distance open up between them? Kálmán’s lack of sense of humor cannot be the only reason. Or can it?
